Cornish Honey Gift Boxes

Our beautiful Cornish honey hampers make the the perfect gift for the honey lover in your life, whether it be for Christmas, a birthday, other special occasion or just an 'I'm thinking of you'.

They come in a range of sizes and options, with each containing: an information card about our girls, a packet of bee and pollinator seeds to sow, a wooden honey dipper and, of course, our delicious honeys. And if you would like a custom made hamper with a different combination of honeys, just message us and we will be pleased to help.

If you would like us to add a hand written greetings card to the gift box and have it posted directly to someone else, simply add the greetings card to your basket and tell us the message, name and address in the 'add a note' section of your basket.

If you live locally, feel free to call us on the number at the top of the page to arrange to collect your gift boxes or jars from us in person and avoid the P&P charge.

    Did You Know…?

It takes 12 worker bees their entire lifetimes to make just one single teaspoon of honey.

That’s close to 600 bee lives to make just one of our 340g jars!

To fill that solitary jar, the workers will have flown at 12-15 miles per hour, flapping their wings at about 12,000 times a minute, to visit some 1,500,000 flowers over the course of their six-week lifespan.

Meanwhile, to keep the workforce numbers up, the queen does nothing but lay up to 2000 eggs a day. She doesn't even feed herself! And whilst the workers and queen are busy, the drones’ function in life is to eat and mate!

    Caring for Your Cornish Honey

Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months old.

To retain the best flavours and textures, store at room temperature, preferably in a dark cupboard, and do not refrigerate, even once opened.

Once opened, always reseal the lid.

All honeys will crystalise and set over time. The purer it is, the quicker it will set. To liquefy, place the jar in a bowl of warm water and loosen the lid.

    Cornish Artisan Honey.

Straight from the hive – just as nature intended.
